This Graduation Location Based Photography Policy applies to outdoor or on location graduation photo sessions and does not include studio bookings. Sessions are conducted at a client selected location within the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) area. The graduation session includes up to five (5) consecutive hours of professional photography coverage, focused on capturing graduation portraits, candid moments, and celebratory details in a creative and professional style. Coverage begins at the scheduled start time agreed upon at booking. Any additional time beyond four hours is subject to photographer availability and additional hourly charges. The client is responsible for securing permission to photograph at the selected location and for any applicable location or parking fees. RoyalzPhotograph is not responsible for missed images due to weather conditions, lighting limitations, venue restrictions, or delays beyond the photographer’s control. Final edited images will be delivered in a curated online gallery within the turnaround time specified in the agreement. Image selection and editing style remain consistent with RoyalzPhotograph’s artistic vision. By booking this graduation session, the client agrees to all terms outlined in this policy.
