Session Policy

Corporate Session Policy – RoyalzPhotograph This Corporate Session Policy applies to all corporate photography services provided by RoyalzPhotograph unless otherwise stated in a specific package agreement. Booking & Payment All corporate sessions must be booked and confirmed in advance. A confirmed booking secures your selected date and time. Pricing varies by package and is subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed. A non-refundable retainer fee may be required to secure your session date. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or request to reschedule within 24 hours of booking by emailing royalzphotograph@gmail.com. Requests made outside the cancellation window may result in forfeiture of any fees paid. RoyalzPhotograph reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to weather conditions, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. Session Guidelines Session duration, location/studio use, and deliverables vary depending on the selected package. Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared for their session. Late arrivals may reduce available shooting time. Outfit changes and professional styling requests should be discussed prior to the session date. Corporate clients are responsible for ensuring all team members or participants arrive on time and are prepared. Image Delivery & Usage Professionally edited images will be delivered digitally. Delivery turnaround times vary by package and will be communicated during booking. RoyalzPhotograph retains the copyright to all images unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients may use images for personal branding, marketing, and professional use with proper credit where applicable. Additional Fees Travel outside the DFW area, extra edits, prints, rush delivery, and special requests may incur additional charges. By booking a corporate session with RoyalzPhotograph, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
