Session Policy

Engagement Photoshoot Policy – RoyalzPhotograph This Engagement Photoshoot Policy applies to all engagement photography services provided by RoyalzPhotograph unless otherwise stated in a specific package agreement. Booking & Payment All engagement sessions must be booked and confirmed in advance. A confirmed booking secures your selected date and time. Pricing varies by package and is subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed. A non-refundable retainer fee may be required to secure your session date. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or request to reschedule within 24 hours of booking by emailing royalzphotograph@gmail.com. Requests made outside the cancellation window may result in forfeiture of any fees paid. RoyalzPhotograph reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to weather conditions, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. Session Guidelines Session duration, location access, outfit changes, and deliverables vary depending on the selected package. Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared for their session. Late arrivals may reduce available shooting time. Couples are encouraged to coordinate outfits and discuss any themes, props, or special requests prior to the session date. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions for selected locations unless otherwise agreed upon. Image Delivery & Usage Professionally edited images will be delivered digitally. Delivery turnaround times vary by package and will be communicated during booking. RoyalzPhotograph retains the copyright to all images unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients may print and share images for personal use. Commercial use or resale of images is prohibited without written permission from RoyalzPhotograph. RoyalzPhotograph may use selected images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the session. Additional Fees Travel outside the DFW area, additional edits, rush delivery, extra shooting time, prints, and special requests may incur additional charges. By booking an engagement session with RoyalzPhotograph, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
