Session Policy

This Event Photography Policy applies to non wedding events, including but not limited to Prom, Birthday Parties, Engagement Celebrations, Sweet 16 events, Quinceañeras, corporate gatherings, and client photo sessions. Wedding events are not covered under this policy and require a separate wedding agreement. Event photography coverage includes professional documentation of key moments, candid interactions, posed images, and event details to create a high-quality curated online gallery. Coverage time, event location, and services provided will be agreed upon at the time of booking and outlined in the contract. Coverage begins at the scheduled start time. Any additional time beyond the agreed coverage is subject to photographer availability and additional hourly fees. The client is responsible for obtaining permission to photograph at the event venue and ensuring reasonable access for the photographer. RoyalzPhotograph is not responsible for missed moments due to venue restrictions, schedule delays, low lighting, or circumstances beyond the photographer’s control. Final edited images will be delivered through an online gallery within the turnaround time stated in the agreement. Image selection and editing style remain consistent with RoyalzPhotograph’s artistic vision. By booking event photography services, the client agrees to all terms outlined in this policy.
