Session Policy

The Family Portrait Elite Session includes up to35 professionally edited images. Session features 5 studio setups with 5 different poses, plus 2 public DFW-area locations with 5 poses per location. A variety of family groupings and poses will be captured to create a well rounded gallery. Session duration: up to 4 hours total. Booking & Cancellation: All sessions must be booked and confirmed in advance. Clients may cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of booking by emailing royalzphotograph@gmail.com Cancellation or reschedule requests must be submitted within the allowed 24-hour window. Additional Notes: Locations must be within the DFW area; locations outside DFW may require additional travel fees. Additional images, prints, albums, and retouching services are available for an extra fee. Clients are encouraged to plan outfits and arrive on time to maximize session efficiency. RoyalzPhotograph reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. By booking this session, clients agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
