Session Policy

Newborn or Baby Photography Policy – RoyalzPhotograph This Newborn or Baby Photography Policy applies to all newborn and baby photography services provided by RoyalzPhotograph unless otherwise stated in a specific package agreement. Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked and confirmed in advance. A confirmed booking secures your selected date and time. Pricing varies by package and may change until booking is confirmed. A non-refundable retainer fee may be required to secure your session date. Remaining balances are due by or on the session date unless otherwise agreed. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or request a reschedule within 24 hours of booking by emailing royalzphotograph@gmail.com. Requests outside this window may result in forfeiture of fees paid. RoyalzPhotograph may reschedule sessions due to illness, weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. If a newborn or baby is sick prior to the session, clients are encouraged to notify RoyalzPhotograph as soon as possible so a safe reschedule can be arranged. Session Guidelines Session length, setup, props, and deliverables vary by package. Parents or guardians must arrive on time and prepared. Late arrival may reduce session time. Newborn sessions are best scheduled within the first 5–14 days of birth for ideal sleepy, posed images. Baby milestone sessions vary based on age and development stage. Parents should bring feeding supplies, diapers, wipes, bottles, pacifiers, blankets, extra clothing, and any personal props they wish to include. The baby’s safety and comfort are the highest priority. RoyalzPhotograph may adjust or pause posing at any time to ensure the baby’s well-being. Image Delivery & Usage Edited images are delivered digitally. Turnaround times vary by package and will be provided at booking. RoyalzPhotograph retains full copyright unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive personal-use rights to print and share images. Commercial use, resale, or alteration without permission is not allowed. RoyalzPhotograph may use selected images for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless a written request to opt out is made before the session. Additional Fees Travel outside the DFW area, rush delivery, extra edits, additional shooting time, specialty props, prints, or custom requests may incur additional charges. By booking, clients agree to all terms of this policy.
