Session Policy

Photography Session Policy – RoyalzPhotograph This Photography Session Policy applies to all photography services provided by RoyalzPhotograph unless otherwise stated in a specific package agreement. Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked and confirmed in advance. A confirmed booking secures your selected date and time. Pricing varies by package and may change until booking is confirmed. A non-refundable retainer fee may be required to secure your session date. Remaining balances are due on or before the session unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of booking by emailing royalzphotograph@gmail.com. Requests made outside this window may result in forfeiture of fees paid. RoyalzPhotograph reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. If any health-related concerns or emergencies arise, clients are encouraged to notify RoyalzPhotograph as soon as possible so a safe reschedule can be arranged. Session Guidelines Session duration, location, outfit changes, props, and deliverables vary by package. Clients are expected to arrive on time and fully prepared. Late arrival may reduce session time. Clients are encouraged to discuss themes, styling, outfits, and props prior to the session date. Clients are also responsible for any permits or permissions required for chosen locations unless otherwise agreed. Comfort, safety, and professionalism are always prioritized. RoyalzPhotograph may adjust posing, lighting, or session flow as needed to ensure the best experience and results. Image Delivery & Usage Edited images are delivered digitally. Turnaround times vary by package and will be communicated at booking. RoyalzPhotograph retains full copyright to all images unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive personal-use rights to print and share images. Commercial use, resale, or alteration of images without written permission is not allowed. RoyalzPhotograph may use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless a written opt-out request is submitted before the session. Additional Fees Travel outside the DFW area, extra edits, rush delivery, additional shooting time, prints, and special requests may incur additional charges. By booking a session with RoyalzPhotograph, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
