Session Policy
The Special Architecture Shoot is designed to capture architectural structures, interiors, and design details with a focus on composition, scale, and lighting. This session is for architecture and property only and does not include portraits or people unless agreed upon in advance. The shoot location must be accessible at the scheduled time. Any location permits, property access approvals, or fees required are the responsibility of the client and must be secured prior to the session. Session duration, scope, and deliverables are agreed upon at booking. Additional time or shots beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure the booking. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the retainer. Edited high-resolution images will be delivered digitally within the agreed turnaround time. RAW files are not provided. RoyalzPhotograph retains copyright and may use selected images for portfolio and marketing unless restricted in writing prior to the shoot. By booking, the client agrees to all terms outlined in this policy.
