Session Policy

Standard Portrait Session Policy RoyalzPhotograph offers a Standard Portrait Session designed to provide clients with a balanced studio and on-location photography experience. What’s Included 5 standard studio poses 5 on one location poses Session duration: 1–2 hours total Location distance: On-location shots must be a public location within 5 miles of the RoyalzPhotograph studio. This fee covers the photographer’s time, planning, and shooting. Additional edits, prints, or extended time may incur extra charges and will be discussed before or after the session. Booking & Payment Full payment is required to secure your booking. Sessions are not officially booked until payment is received. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Clients may cancel or reschedule their session up to 24 hours after booking session with no penalty by emailing royalzphotograph@gmail.com Cancellations made less than 24 hours after the session may result in forfeiture of the session fee. No-shows are non-refundable. Location Policy On-location sessions must be within a public location within a5-mile radius of the studio. Any location beyond this range may require an additional travel fee or may not be available. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their session. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time to stay within the scheduled window. Agreement By booking a session with RoyalzPhotograph, the client acknowledges and agrees to all policies listed above.
