Session Policy

This policy applies to all photography services provided by RoyalzPhotograph unless otherwise stated in a specific package agreement. Booking & Payment: All sessions must be booked and confirmed in advance. A confirmed booking secures your date and time. Prices vary by package and are subject to change without notice. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of booking by emailing royalzphotograph@gmail.com Requests made outside the cancellation window may result in forfeiture of any paid fees. RoyalzPhotograph reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. Session Guidelines: Session durations and deliverables vary by package. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time. Clients are responsible for being prepared and arriving on time. Image Delivery & Usage: Edited images will be delivered digitally. Turnaround time varies by service and will be communicated at booking. RoyalzPhotograph retains copyright to all images unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional Fees: Travel, additional edits, prints, and special requests may incur extra charges. By booking any service, clients agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
