Cancellation Policy

Each Elite Branding session includes 5 final edited images per pose, captured across multiple setups and locations. Shoot includes up to 5 studio setups at the photographer’s studio and 2 public DFW locations, with 5 poses per location. Session duration: up to 4 hours total. Booking & Cancellation: Bookings must be confirmed via email at royalzphotograph@gmail.com Clients may cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of booking. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Additional Notes: Locations outside the DFW area may incur additional travel fees. Prints and additional edits are subject to extra fees. Clients are encouraged to plan outfits, props, and locations in advance to maximize session time. RoyalzPhotograph reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. By booking an Elite Branding session, clients agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
