Cancellation Policy

The Couple Portrait Standard Session is ideal for engagements, anniversaries, or lifestyle portraits. Session includes 1 studio setup and 1 public location within 5 miles of the studio. Session duration: up to 2 hours total. Clients will receive 10 professionally edited images. Booking: All sessions must be booked and confirmed in advance. Clients may reschedule within 24 hours of booking by emailing royalzphotograph@gmail.com Cancellation or reschedule requests must be made within the 24-hour window. Additional Notes: Locations beyond 5 miles may incur additional travel fees. Additional images, prints, and retouching services are available for an extra fee. Clients are encouraged to coordinate outfits and arrive on time to maximize session efficiency. RoyalzPhotograph reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. By booking this session, clients agree to the terms outlined in this policy
