Cancellation Policy

Session includes 1 studio setup and 1 public location within 5 miles of the studio. Session duration: up to 2 hours total. Clients will receive 10 professionally edited images. Booking: All sessions must be booked and confirmed in advance. Clients may cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of booking by emailing royalzphotograph@gmail.com Cancellation or reschedule requests must be made within the allowed 24-hour window. Additional Notes: Locations beyond 5 miles may incur additional travel fees. Additional images, prints, and retouching services are available for an extra fee. Clients are encouraged to arrive on time and plan outfits in advance to maximize session time. RoyalzPhotograph reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. By booking a session, clients agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
