Cancellation Policy

The Get Ready Photography Coverage includes up to three (3) consecutive hours of professional photography dedicated to capturing pre ceremony moments. This coverage focuses on candid details, preparation, and behind the scenes moments such as attire, accessories, makeup, hair, and interactions with family or wedding party members. Coverage begins at the scheduled start time agreed upon in advance. Any additional time beyond the three hour limit is subject to photographer availability and may incur an additional hourly fee. The client is responsible for ensuring timely access to the getting ready location(s) and for obtaining permission to photograph at the venue. RoyalzPhotograph is not responsible for missed shots due to delays, limited space, lighting conditions, or venue restrictions. Images will be professionally edited and delivered in a curated online gallery within the turnaround time outlined in the contract. Image selection and editing style remain consistent with RoyalzPhotograph’s artistic vision. By booking this coverage, the client agrees to all terms stated in this policy.
