Maternity Photoshoot Policy – RoyalzPhotograph This Maternity Photoshoot Policy applies to all maternity photography services provided by RoyalzPhotograph unless otherwise stated in a specific package agreement. Booking & Payment All maternity sessions must be booked and confirmed in advance. A confirmed booking secures your selected date and time. Pricing varies by package and may change until booking is confirmed. A non-refundable retainer fee may be required to secure your session date. Remaining balances are due on or before the session unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of booking by emailing royalzphotograph@gmail.com. Requests outside this window may result in forfeiture of fees paid. RoyalzPhotograph reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. If pregnancy-related health concerns arise, clients should notify RoyalzPhotograph as soon as possible so a safe reschedule can be arranged. Session Guidelines Session duration, location, outfit changes, and deliverables vary by package. Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared. Late arrival may reduce session time. Maternity sessions are recommended between 28–36 weeks of pregnancy for the best belly definition and comfort. Clients are encouraged to bring outfit options such as fitted dresses, gowns, or wardrobe pieces that highlight the bump. Themes, props, and styling ideas should be discussed prior to the session. Clients are responsible for permits required at chosen locations unless otherwise agreed. Comfort and safety are prioritized. Breaks and pose adjustments will be made as needed. Image Delivery & Usage Edited images are delivered digitally. Turnaround times vary by package and will be shared at booking. RoyalzPhotograph retains full copyright unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive personal-use rights to print and share images. Commercial use, resale, or alteration without permission is not allowed. RoyalzPhotograph may use selected images for portfolio, website, and social media unless a written opt-out request is submitted before the session. Additional Fees Travel outside the DFW area, extra edits, rush delivery, additional shooting time, prints, and special requests may incur additional charges. By booking a maternity session, clients agree to these terms.
