Cancellation Policy

The Elite Special Wedding Photography Package provides up to fifteen (15) consecutive hours of professional photography coverage at the client’s selected venue within the state of Texas. This package is designed for full-day and extended wedding events, ensuring no moment is missed from early preparations to late night celebrations. Coverage begins at the scheduled start time outlined in the signed agreement. Any coverage beyond the fifteen hour limit is subject to photographer availability and additional hourly fees. RoyalzPhotograph will capture the event with a creative, documentary style approach to deliver a luxury, carefully curated online gallery that reflects the emotion, details, and story of the wedding day. The client is responsible for obtaining all venue permissions and access required for photography. RoyalzPhotograph is not liable for missed images due to venue restrictions, delays, or circumstances beyond the photographer’s control. Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within the turnaround time specified in the contract. Image selection and editing style remain consistent with RoyalzPhotograph’s artistic vision. By booking the Elite Special Package, the client agrees to all terms outlined in this policy.
